As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2021, our Chief Executive Jonathan Russell reaffirms the Agency’s commitment to training and developing and gives an insight into the broad range of high quality apprenticeship schemes we offer.
On the final day of National Apprenticeship Week 2019, Callum shares his journey from leaving sixth form to starting an apprenticeship at the VOA. Neil started an apprenticeship whilst working at the VOA and also shares his experience managing an apprentice.
"For anyone who is unsure whether to go to university or work, I would highly suggest an apprenticeship. It can open up a lot of doors and your workplace might even sponsor you to go to university, so it’s a win-win situation.”
